4,200-gallon Vacuum Tanker Specification

A stainless steel vacuum tanker designed for non-hazardous and hazardous waste applications, with the option to be built to ADR specification for transporting dangerous goods. Equipped with a high-capacity vacuum pump and jetting system for efficient operation.

Tank & Structure

• 4,200-gallon gross capacity (3,800 gallons debris / 400 gallons clean water)
• 304-grade stainless steel construction with 4mm shell thickness
• Five-year tank warranty
• Internal baffles and supports for structural integrity
• Fully hydraulic rear door with six RTN Clayton Vallely PED specification locks

Vacuum System

• Jurop LC 750 water-cooled vacuum pump (750 CFM)
• Vacuum and pressure operation with a maximum working pressure of 1 bar
• Vacuum/pressure gauge visible from the rear
• Cyclone cut-out system with a low-level drain for protection

Jetting System

• Speck P52/72-200 jetting pump
• Delivers 72L per minute at 200 bar
• 120m stainless steel hydraulic hose reel mounted at the rear
• Low-level water alarm to prevent dry running

Pipework & Fittings

• 6” pneumatic rear outlet valve
• 4” manual decant valve with internal filter
• Hydrant fill connection (2.5” UK spec) with 10m stainless steel hose
• 4” manual ball valve bottom loading system with internal stack pipe

Chassis & Mounting

• Mounted on a DAF XD 450 FAW 8×4 Tridem chassis with sleeper cab
